Meatless Dish- Meatless Italian Sausage With Plantains and Avocado

-Meatless Sausage
-Bell Peppers
-Olive Oil

Another quick and super easy to make meal in under 30 minutes. Boil plantain for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, on medium heat add crushed garlic, onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers to skillet; add sausage and seasoning along the way; cook and let simmer.

Now my review of this product. I've tried a few meat alternative products and a good majority have left a bad taste in my mouth. To the point I don't ever want to try anymore of them. But I always end up revisiting again. This time trying out different brands. 

I wish brands would have a try it before you buy it program. Even though it didn't have the exact taste, my taste buds were happy with it. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to someone looking for meatless options. I just don't think it would be a good vegan option though,  just because of the ingredients listed.

Even though I like this brand it lead me to dig a little deeper with other brands and I'll have an updated blog post later.
