My (Slow) Switch To Dairy Free

Most people make the switch for allergy reasons. But that's not the case for me. There's a saying... When you know better, You do better. My reason is because of my disappointment with the food industry. Call me paranoid, but I truly believe there is a link to keep us sick.

I've watched a handful of food documentaries and I'm not happy with what I see. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian (yet), but I've reduce my meat consumption. I'm in a slow transition to find what I like. I've already tried several coconut milk but I still haven't found the one. I'm picky and I gotta find the one that gives me the right feel when eating my cereals. Don't judge me please! 😀

As for cheeses it's on the bottom of my list like way at the bottom. I've tried a few vegan cheeses and my taste bud like WYD?!? Some people say being a vegan or healthy eating is expensive. What do I have to say? Well... I'll share more in a later post. The journey STILL continues....

  2. Everyone starts somewhere right! You can try making your own cheese. I like the Brazil nut cheese from Ty's Conscious kitchen. Diary was one of, well it was the last food that I let go of it once I transitioned into a vegan lifestyle. I mean no one can argue that cheese isn't tasty lol.
