"Clueless" How To- Freezing Herbs With Olive Oil

Want to find the perfect way to preserve your herbs? I gotcha! A kitchen hack that is super easy to do. If I can do it so can you. I started out with......

Parsley and Cilantro

after chopping them up I put them in a glacier ice tray

added olive oil then put in the freezer

once frozen I transfer to a zip lock bag

look at those beautiful cubes (looking like butter but it's not) 

What I like about this:
-Can be done with just about ANY of your favorite herbs
-Goes from freezer to pan with no thawing out needed
-Glacier ice tray gives me different sizes to work with
-Last up to 6 months in freezer
