Just me playing around with a few ingredients and came up with a marinade that turned out to be better than I expected.
-Red Wine Vinegar
-Bell Peppers, Tomatoes & Green Onions (optional garnish)
Add liquid smoke, pesto, dill, vinegar, and seasonings in a bowl; mix well, add salmon, and marinate overnight (optional you can marinate for 1-2 hrs); the next day cook grits according to directions; I like to add parmesan cheese towards the end; grill salmon, plate with grits, and optional garnish.
