"Clueless" Recipe- Shrimp Ceviche With Avocado

If you're into seafood and fresh ingredients this won't disappoint. It's a quick and easy to make dish that will have you saying YUM!

-1 lb of Shrimp
-Juice of 1 lime
-Seasoned Salt & Pepper
-Tortilla Chips

Cut and dice the cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeño; add seasonings mix well and put in the fridge. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil; add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute; drain and run under cold water to stop the cooking process; cut the shrimp into pieces (my greedy self forgot to do that I was just ready to eat) and transfer into a bowl; add lime juice, cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeño; top with avocado and serve with tortilla chips.
