Clueless Recipe- Garlic & Cheese Chicken Wings

I wanted to make a different kind of wings instead of the regular buffalo wings that I'm used to. I even made my own garlic and cheese paste to coat the wings. I was shopping at Trader Joe's and I picked up their organic chicken wings. I try to buy organic when I can and Trader Joe's doesn't disappoint when it comes to affordable items. It took me a while to get on board to buying their meat selections.

I mostly got my meats from Publix but it was time for a change. Sometimes shopping there is not always a pleasure. Anyways, I bought Trader Joe's brand and wondered if I was going to like it or hate it.

-Organic Chicken Wings (Trader Joe's)
-Quattro Formaggio (Trader Joe's Four Cheese)
-Olive Oil
-Ground Cumin
-Black Pepper
-Seasoned Salt

*For the paste*
In a pilon add garlic, olive oil, and cheese with some salt and pepper. And simply start mashing ingredients together until you get your desired consistency.

Call me extra but, I like to cook my wings twice. On stove top boiling with all the seasonings mixed in. Then when done I put in the oven for about 45 minutes or until browned brushing the garlic and cheese paste along the way. Garnish with scallions, grated parmesan cheese, and some of the paste if you have any leftover

I absolutely loved how it turned out. There's something about the way those wings tasted that makes me want to buy them exclusively from now on (unless they change it).
