Meatless Dish- Cauliflower Buffalo Wings


I've been wanting to make this vegan dish for the longest time and I finally got the chance to do so. Will it be a new addition? Keep reading to find out.

INGREDIENTS:
-Cauliflower (cut into florets)
-Flour
-Seasoned Salt
-Pepper
-Cumin
-Paprika
-1/2 cup water
-Buffalo Sauce
-Butter (I used a non dairy kind)

Combine flour, water, and seasonings in a bowl; whisk until smooth batter is formed.   


Add florets to the batter and add to baking dish; do not overcrowd; bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes. 

For the buffalo sauce:
On medium heat add 1/2 cup buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup non dairy butter and stir until you get your desired consistency. I added some of the sauce a few minutes before it was done and drizzled a little more after.

I was so looking forward to this but I didn't like it. I think because I baked it and not fried (I don't eat a lot of fried foods) is the reason why I didn't like it. I'm going to fry it next time to see if it makes a difference.
