Smoothies are my breakfast in the morning. I made a new recipe that didn't include my beloved kale as my greens. Check out the recipe below!
-Pineapples (I used canned pineapples with the juice in it)
-Plain Greek Yogurt
-Barlean's Omega Swirl Strawberry Banana (1 teaspoon)
I was so impressed with this recipe. There was a good balance of each ingredient that made it SUPER delicious. I will be making more of this.
