Restaurant Review- Jason's Deli

Looking for an alternative to fast food? I ate at Jason's Deli and it gets my "clueless" stamp of approval. Their food is said to have no Trans Fat, MSG, and High Fructose Corn Syrup. A major plus for anyone looking for healthier options.

After scanning the menu I went with the half sandwich and soup special. There was so much to choose from and the Smokey Jack Panini caught my eye. It includes smoked turkey breast, bacon, jalapeño pepper jack, guacamole, roma tomatoes, and thousand island dressing. I don't like thousand island dressing so I had it without it. The sandwich was pressed on French bread basted with olive oil.

My soup of choice was the Maine Lobster Chowder. It was pretty good and I would probably get it again since it's a soup I don't always make myself.

I really enjoyed my meal and will be going back for more. Looks like Panera Bread has some competition.

There's also a gluten free and vegetarian option for those who are interested. Oh and they have FREE ice cream.
