Meatless Dish- Baked Pears With Caramel Sauce

-Bosc Pears
-Ground Cinnamon
-Vanilla Extract
-Apple Cider Vinegar
-Smart Balance Butter
-Caramel Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; cut pears lengthwise; stir in cinnamon, butter (melt it for a little bit), vanilla extract and mix well; add mixture and place pears cut side down in a baking dish; pour apple cider around the pears; bake for about 30 minutes until soft; once done drizzle with caramel sauce.

You can also enjoy with ice cream. I had it with caribbean coconut and oh my goodness.
