Clueless Recipe- Prosciutto With Arugula Pizza

I found this recipe while at Williams Sonoma. No, I don't shop there I just like to browse while at one of their FREE cooking classes. I was looking through one of the cook books they had on display, and that's when I saw this beautiful recipe staring at me. It was begging me to make it. I'm always on the lookout for new recipes. So I made it and it's a winner.

-Olive Oil
-Pre-made Pizza Dough
-Juice of half a lime
-Seasoned salt and pepper
-Mozzarella Cheese
-Italian Six Cheese Mix (Asiago, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone, Fontina, and Romano)

Heat oven 350 degrees; brush pizza dough with olive oil; add tomatoes and mozzarella; add prosciutto and six cheese mix; put in oven for about 15-30 minutes or until browned.

Meanwhile, whisk juice of 1 lime with seasoned salt and black pepper in a bowl; toss the arugula in it; once the pizza has cooled down top it with the arugula. Enjoy!
