-Calamari (also known as squid)
-Whole Wheat Flour (season it to your liking)
-2 Eggs (beaten)
-Old Bay Seasoning
Heat coconut oil in deep fryer; dip calamari in egg then flour mix (try to have all of the calamari already coated so you don't stop and go while frying); cook in batches until golden brown; place paper towel on a plate to help drain oil
-Plain Greek Yogurt
-Juice of half a lime
In a blender add mayo and yogurt (1-2 tbs of each), garlic, parsley, seasoned salt, and juice of half a lime; blend until you get your desired consistency. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. This turned out pretty good for my first time making.
Clueless Tip- The garlic sauce can also be used as a veggie dip or spread for sandwiches.
