Meatless Dish- Spinach and Tomato Flatbread

-Grape Tomatoes
-Gorgonzola Cheese

For Flatbread Sauce:
-1 Garlic Clove
-Tomato Paste
-Sun Dried Tomatoes In Oil

Puree above ingredients in blender; add seasoned salt (optional)

Preheat oven 350-400 degrees; spread puree over flatbread; add spinach, tomatoes, and cheese; let it cook for about 10 minutes. 

Clueless Tip: While preparing for this it was suggested to boil a pot of hot water and immerse the spinach in it, remove, and refresh with a bowl of cold water. I tried it with the suggestion (photo above is with suggestion) and without just to see what the difference will be. I did notice the difference in appearance but no compromise in taste. I have a weird habit of obsessing over stuff like this. Don't judge me please :)
