Meatless Dish- Green Chile Soup With Spicy Wontons

-Green Chile
-Bell Peppers
-Vegetable Broth
-Onion Powder
-Seasoned Salt
-Black Peppers
-Whole Wheat Flour
-Olive Oil
-Wonton Skins 

Heat oil on medium heat in large pot; add leek, celery, garlic, bell peppers, and onions; cook for about 5 minutes; add in vegetable broth and chile; stirring and seasoning along the way; add milk and flour to thicken; stir and cook until soup is thickened to your desired consistency. 

For wontons skins:
I purchased them frozen at a local Asian market. Cut wontons in half; and in a bowl mixed olive oil; crushed red peppers, and onion powder; brush wontons with oil mixture; heat oven 350 degrees and bake until crisp about 5 minutes.

I found the recipe (modified to my liking) from this book I got at the Really Really Free Market. Funny how this is a pasta cookbook, and a soup recipe got my attention.
