I found another recipe (I didn't follow the exact recipe, worked with what I had) that was included when I purchased my veggetti. I've been mostly using zucchini's for most of my meals. It was time to switch it up a bit. I thought using the carrots with the veggetti was going to be a breeze, and boy was I wrong. Halfway through, I said eff it and started cutting the carrots myself.
Is there one where you just hit the start button and it do what it do? All this pencil sharpening is a workout. I love me a good workout but not when I'm cooking.
-Soyaki Sauce (Trader Joe's)
-Stir Fry Sauce
Heat sesame oil on medium heat in wok; add garlic cook until browned; stir in soyaki and stir fry sauce; add carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook for about 5 minutes; top with scallions (optional)
