Meatless Dish- Baked Rotini

-Rotini Pasta
-1 can Cream of Mushroom
-Cilantro (optional)
-1Bag of Shredded Mixed Cheese (Colby and Monterey Jack)
-1Bag of  Shredded Italian Five Cheese
-1/2 cup of milk
-Seasoned Salt

Heat oven 350 degrees. Boil pasta according to directions on package. While that is cooking start making your cheese sauce.

Cheese Sauce: Heat olive oil on medium heat in a saucepan; Add milk and cream of mushroom to pan mix well; Add handful of cheese mix from each bag (don't add all save some for later) mix well adding seasoning along the way.

Once pasta is done, drain and start the layering process. Add pasta, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and repeat until done.
