Meatless Dish- Arugula Salad With Glazed Pecans

This could be my new favorite salad. Sorry kale.

-Blue Cheese Crumbles
-Glazed Pecans

For the glazed pecans:

Butter, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, and Honey 

Heat butter on medium heat and let it melt; add pecans, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside to cool down. 

For the dressing:
-Olive Oil
-Red Wine Vinegar
-Garlic (chopped)
-Seasoned Salt
-Black Pepper

Whisk ingredients in a bowl; season to your desired taste; then drizzle on arugula salad and top with pecans.
