INGREDIENTS:
-Zucchini (using vegetable cutter)
-Bell Peppers
-Tomatoes
-Quinoa
-Onions
For the dressing:
-Juice of 1 lime
-Paprika
-Olive Oil
-Red Wine Vinegar
-Salt
Whisk ingredients for dressing in a bowl and add to mason jar first. Then start layering, starting with zucchini and enjoy.
