Meatless Dish- Kale And Mango Salad




The only time I mix fruits and veggies is in my smoothies. You can check out a few of my favorites here and here. Anyways, being on twitter has been an eye opening experience. I noticed how some tweeps love adding fruits to their salads. For me, it was strictly veggies and most recently since I was introduced to kale it's been the ONLY green I eat the majority of the time. I just knew I had to switch it up and I did. I'm eating my fruits and veggies more and more but, it still hasn't replace me drinking it though.

INGREDIENTS:
-Kale
-Mango (diced)
-Onions (diced)
-Juice of 1 lime
-Olive Oil
-Honey
-Seasoned Salt and Pepper

In a bowl whisk lime juice, honey, olive oil, seasoned salt, and pepper; pour over kale and massage with your hands; add mango and onions; toss and enjoy.
