Product Review- Veggetti

I bought this to excite me to start cooking more with vegetables. I've stayed away from certain types of vegetables because after trying them once, it never tempted me to try again. That all changed after I saw a tweet and I decided to try, try, try again.

Product Claims: Turn healthy veggies into healthy spaghetti without the carbs, stir-fries, juliennes, and more. Great for zucchini, squash, carrots, cucumbers, and potatoes. Quick and easy to use.

I went to the farmer's market and purchased some zucchini's to make some yummy veggetti. *fingers crossed*

PROS:
-Recipe guide was included
-Budget friendly, purchased at Bed Bath and Beyond for $15
-Easy to use
-There's two sides that gives you the option for thick or thin strands

CONS:
-There's a lot of twisting which started to hurt my wrist (felt like I was sharpening a pencil)
-The safety holder didn't really cut the veggies all the way like it said it would once veggie got to small
-Although it was easy to clean it was hard getting some of the food particles that was stuck in the blades; I hate when that happens it irks the heck out of me

Overall, I like this product and I'll use it again to see what I can create. But, all that twisting though?!?!.
