This wasn't bad, but I'm going to try different variations of it to see which one I like the most and add to my long list of recipes.
-Zucchini (using the vegetable cutter)
-Basil Pesto Sauce (without arugula)
-Sliced Bell Peppers
-Grated Parmesan Cheese
Heat olive oil on medium heat and add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Let them cook adding seasoned salt along the way. Add zucchini's and parmesan cheese. Let cook 2-3 minutes. Garnish with basil and enjoy.
