Workout Of The Week- High Knees


I'm in love with this new workout. I did it for a few weeks and it got two thumbs up from me. It's now part of my "lazy" workout routine. I love it so much that I've been….

then I'm marching… left, left, left, right, left….


on the lookout for gators…


shhh… people walking by, strike a pose like a statue...


and we now return to our regularly scheduled programming
