INGREDIENTS:
-Shrimps
-Tortillas
-Cabbage (shredded)
-Tomatoes
-Cilantro
- 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
-1 Lime
-Scallions
-Olive Oil
-Seasonings (see photos below)
For the yogurt sauce
-2 tablespoon Plain Greek Yogurt
-2 tablespoon JalapeƱo Ranch Dressing
-1 teaspoon Cumin
-1 Fresh Lime Juice
-Seasonings (just a pinch not a lot)
Combine yogurt, dressing, cumin, lime juice, and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Set aside in refrigerator for later.
Preheat pan over medium heat with olive oil. At the same time start heating tortillas in oven about 350 degrees; don't overheat you just want it to be warm. Add garlic to the pan. Let it cook for about a minute. Add shrimps and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Then start the layering process.
Add the yogurt sauce, cabbage, shrimps, tomatoes, scallions, and cilantro.
Mmmmm…. another quick, fresh, and easy to make meal.
