I was impressed with my Legume that I went back to the Farmer's Market to purchase more conch. I prepared/seasoned it the same way but this time I added pesto (without arugula) and without all the veggies. Shrimp was also added towards the end. While the conch was cooking I boiled the plantains adding some salt to the pot.
