Workout Of The Week- Wheel Pose

Yoga is one of my favorite ways to stay in shape. I started out doing the basics and I want to take it to a more advanced level. I'm working on a few advanced poses and this is one of them. It took a lot of practice and tears. These poses ain't no joke but I love the results.

The Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana) is a backbend pose

The Benefits:
-strengthens abdomens, legs, arms, wrist, shoulders and more. Codeword: for toned muscles
-relieves back pain
-helps reduce stress and depression
-improves blood circulation

Shout out to the bridge pose! I started out doing this first then worked my way up.
