Meatless Dish: Crunchy Black Bean Wrap




OMG!!! This right here!!! You vegetarians are having too much fun! I want in! 


INGREDIENTS:
-Black Beans
-Tomatoes
-Arugula
-Onions(purple and green)
-Mixed Cheese
-Tortilla Chips (smashed up)
-Ranch Dressing


Heat wrap in oven on low for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, drain black beans; turn stove on medium heat; add olive oil to saucepan; add beans and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Let cool down. Then start layering ingredients.

This got me so excited to making more meatless dishes. There was a lot of flavor in there. Meat eaters I'm pretty sure you'll love it.
