Restaurant Review: Pizza Fusion

I finally got the chance to check out this eco-friendly restaurant in my neck of the woods. I love the concept of this restaurant.  Their integrity and commitment to the environment. Not just with the foods they serve.

The tables, the lighting, utensils, and so on is a commitment

Fresh, natural, organic, quality, local, you get the drift

They make deliveries in a low emission Smart Car

I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza

-Made with free range chicken, BBQ sauce, red onions, basil, garlic, mozzarella, parmesan, and provolone.

-The pizza was served at the right temperature.

-Delicious with every bite. It was so yummy that I even ate the crust, I rarely eat pizza crust. They sprinkled something in there.

Overall, I really like this restaurant. They have a full lunch and dinner menu. I love the decor which explained what the restaurant is all about. Service was fast, the season is winding down in FL. Server was friendly. It's definitely a change from other restaurants. It has a laid back feel. I will definitely be going back again to try more dishes. They also cater to those who prefer gluten, vegan, and dairy-free menus.

The chocolate chip cookies weren't a favorite but not a deal breaker. Also, I wish I could've taken the glass I was drinking wine out of home. It was a different feel from my own set of glasses. I asked the server if I can take it home she laughed and kindly said no because they were low on them. Please, don't judge me at least I asked instead of walking out with it.

Check them out here
