We've all done it. Been there, done that. But no more for me. One of the things I've been doing is upping my water intake. I noticed it has helped tremendously when it comes to mindless snacking.
However, there is a downside. It has become a game of some sorts. I'm constantly speed walking to the bathroom. I can't run. I'll spare the deets on what happens when I do.
I be strategizing like..... ok this is how it's going down...... And..... repeat that ish all over again. All day everyday. Arrrggghhh!!!!
Do I really need to be drinking that much water? There's some fallacy behind drinking the recommended 8 glasses a day.
