Another week of my No Meat (But Seafood) Challenge
The above photo is grilled salmon I made using my pesto sauce. I had it with avocado on the side. It kept me full but wanting more. Such a yummy dish.

I was a little tired this week. I didn't seek out new dishes to make. But, I'll "try" next week
