Workout Of The Week- Bicycle Crunch




In addition to running and yoga, I also do bicycle crunches to help me with my fitness journey. This is a great workout for anyone looking to get a more flatter and defined tummy. I've been doing this for a while and have seen some results. I feel the burn in my upper abs but, my lower abs (my target area) is being very disrespectful. But I keep going.

I recently found out if I do the crunches closer to the ground instead of higher up it can help with my lower abs. We'll see how that goes.

Did you know that there are several types of ab muscles? There's 4, 5, 6 and 8 packs. The six pack is the most popular and sought out after muscle. When I read about the 8 pack I was really curious and wanted to see what it looked like.  I tried finding videos that featured women with different types but didn't have any luck.




Looking at some of these images was just painful to me. The saying is true NO PAIN, NO GAIN.  I think I'll stick with abs are made in the kitchen.
