Meatless Dish: Pumpkin Soup

I finally made my first pumpkin soup. After carving the pumpkin, I decided not to let any of the leftovers go to waste. I used my seafood broth. It came out more watery than thick. It still tasted good regardless just not how I like my soup. Other than that I enjoyed it.

I cut it in half

scraped out the seeds, I tried to make a snack with it but it didn't go well

I put in the oven to bake

baking it made it easy to peel off the skin

then it went in the blender

It was pretty easy to make. I didn't have to add anymore seasonings to it. The broth was full of it. I think I'll make pumpkin pie next time.
