Basil Pesto Shrimp Pasta


I'm so proud of myself! This is hands down the best tasting dish I've made this year.


INGREDIENTS:
-basil pesto (I used the classico kind)
-angel hair pasta
-1 bag shrimp
-arugula
-grated romano/parmesan cheese
-garlic bread
-olive oil
-salt


Cook pasta according to directions on box. I added a small amount of olive oil and salt to the water. Once the pasta is cooked drain in colander. While you are waiting for it to drain, heat wok/skillet (I used my wok) and add basil pesto. Then add the pasta and cook to your desired perfection. I later add the shrimp and let cook till I see it's been heated enough. Once I'm satisfied I put the pasta on a plate and top with arugula and cheese combo. Get your garlic bread. Oh and.....
