Another delicious recipe that didn't leave me saying why did I eat that.
INGREDIENTS
-can of tuna (make sure it's drained first)
-green onions
-red onions
-plain yogurt (makes a great substitute for mayo)
-seasoned salt
-salt and pepper
-spinach
-whole wheat wrap (or other wrap of your choice)
I pretty much eyeballed the ingredients I was putting in. Mix all the ingredients (except for the last two) together in a bowl.
Top the wrap with spinach
then add tuna on top, wrap away, and enjoy!!!
