  1. I find that I can relate with a lot of posts on your blog. I enjoy eating kale and since I've migrated a more vegan diet, it's something that I integrate into my meals often. However, it's usually sautéed. As with an earlier post, heating depletes enzymes and other important nutrients..No bueno haha

    1. Welcome and thanks for stopping by. I know what you mean with the heating process. I love it sauteed as well so yummy but I balance it out by adding to my smoothies a lot.
