Buffalo Shrimp Salad

No buffalos were used in this recipe.


-1 avocado
-1 lb shrimp 
-1 bag Romaine Lettuce
-1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
-1/4 Honey
-seasoned salt, pepper

*Ingredients can be modified to your liking*

Preheat oven to 450 
Sprinkle seasoning over shrimp
Broil for 5-10 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Place romaine lettuce in a bowl
Combine dressing, wing sauce, and honey in a bowl and mix away

This is the dressing mixed with jalapeño ranch, buffalo sauce, and honey

Drizzle one half of the dressing over romaine
Top with shrimp and avocado
Drizzle remaining dressing and enjoy
