I'm Loving My New Condiment

Ever since I made my spicy jalapeño ranch dressing, I've been cooking or pairing it up with something.

Chicken Lettuce Cups
This right here was scrumptious. I marinated the chicken with a curry paste and the dressing. I put it in the oven and it came out very tender. I then added more (just a lil I didn't want to go over board) dressing, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Yummy!! The taste was fresh. Definitely doing this again and again and again.

Turkey Taco's
Instead of ground beef, I used lean ground turkey to make this. I added spinach instead of lettuce, cheese, and the dressing. I would have added plain yogurt as my sour cream but I ran out. Thanks to making smoothies every morning. Anyways this is a keeper.

My all time favorite is Cheesy Quesadillia.  It's quick and easy to make on days when I don't feel like cooking.
