Meatless Dish: Cheesy Quesadillia with Avocado Salsa

A delicious new addition that I will def be making more of. It was quick, easy, and left me full. I paired it with another easy to make avocado salsa. Of course I had to have more dressing and jalapeño on the side.

 I used a spinach wrap 

 added my Spicy Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
I know it looks like someone threw up on it 

 then added a handful of queso then put in the oven to warm up
