Product Review- PEVA Shower Curtains

I had no idea shower curtains can be eco-friendly. While browsing the aisles at Big Lots I saw it and was curious to try. I had a vinyl one that needed to be upgraded like yesterday. But first, what the heck is PEVA.

PEVA stands for polyethylene vinyl acetate. It's a better alternative to PVC (polyvinyl chloride) which
is a more harmful chemical in conventional shower curtains that the majority of us buy.

PROS
-softer feel than the one I had
-doesn't have that vinyl smell to it
-not heavy (some of them can be ridiculously heavy)
-looks like it will be super easy to clean
-I got it for $5 (I know the cost of some eco products can be astronomical)
-says mildew resistant *fingers crossed*

CONS
While researching, even though it's a better alternative it's a petrochemical product that has chemicals in it. No biggie to me.
