Uppin' My Veggie Intake







Whoop! Whoop! I've been eating more vegetables. I have to admit I was not good at doing that at all. I found what works and took it from there. I'm glad to say I've found a few keepers. I made some sautéed mushrooms and kale. I was eating them back to back to back. Check out my raw kale recipe. I also add kale to my protein shake sometimes. Both of these veggies have many health benefits. I'll be trying more ways to cook with both.
