Re-visting Wally World

I stayed away from shopping there for a long time. My last grocery shopping experience there was a disaster and I said never again. But, after I found my new fave milk and it seems like the only place I can get it. I decided to give wally world another try and avoid having to drive around. As I was slowly browsing up and down the aisle. I noticed this big ol' jar of coconut oil priced at $5 and some change. Whaaaaat!! Oooook!! Yeeeeah!! (Dave Chapelle's version). All this time I was buying cocnut oil that cost twice as much. I will be going back for that and some other stuff as well.

  1. I am a big fan of coconut oil, but be careful when you find it too cheap. The oil is probably processed to death and certainly not organic or virgin. When oils are hydrogenated or processed, they don't have the nutrients they'd normally have. You're basically getting nothing better than plain old vegetable oil. This is the best brand I know of for taste and purity factor. Pricey, but worth it. And it does last a long time because the jars are huge. They allow bloggers to request jars for reviews if you'd like to write about it. http://www.tropicaltraditions.com/vcno/virgin_coconut_oil.htm?s=gad&gclid=CIvmwID2ia0CFYPc4AodSjynlg
