Meatless Dish: Edamame








Eda-what???? I said the same thing when I tired these a year ago. I was suppose to go on the hunt for them afterwards and completely forgot. Edamame are soybeans still in the pods. There's been alot of debate about the benefits of soy. All I have to say is yummy. They're a good source of vitamin C and iron. I sprinkled some parmesan cheese on it and I was in the corner not wanting to share.
