Stop The Pressure

High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, is the most common cardiovascular disease. Blood pressure refers to the force of blood pushing against artery walls as it courses through the body. Like air in a tire or water in a hose, blood fills arteries to a certain capacity. Just as too much air pressure can damage a tire or too much water pushing through a garden hose can damage the hose, high blood pressure can threaten healthy arteries and lead to life-threatening conditions such as heart disease and stroke. (info taken from Web MD)

*Singing* stop pressuring me, just stop pressuring me, stop pressuring, you make me wanna scream

From having an inactive lifestyle, bills that won't stop coming, and those annoying people in our lives. These are just some of the signs of having high blood pressure. But before you push them off a cliff, try eating some of these foods to try and help lower blood pressure.

Just about any greens will do
(kale, chards, collards, etc...)

Rich in potassium and naturally sweet

Many people believe garlic is the end all cure for just about anything
(my concern is my garlic breath)

High in fat but it's a good kind of fat not the bad one

I know what your thinking, pushing people off a cliff would be much more fun. But, look at the bright side no one ends up on the six o'clock news, no criminal records, and lower blood pressure.
