But, I started researching and discovered oil wasn't the enemy. It was the commercial skin care companies and their false marketing that had me believe oil was the enemy. Thank goodness for the Internet and the valuable information that's readily available. I found out about the Oil Cleansing Method and I've been hooked ever since. Using pure and natural oils give skin amazing results.
The oils I use have helped with the health, feel, and texture of my skin. They all contain Vitamin E an antioxidant that helps fight against cancer.
Jojoba Oil: It's great at removing makeup and used as a hot oil treatment for hair. I'm a sucker for products that pulls multiple duties.
Grapeseed Oil: A great moisturiser for the skin. I prefer this oil because it's a light oil that seeps into my skin and doesn't leave a greasy feel.
Sesame Seed Oil: Known as the Queen of Oils. I bought this oil to make an Asian dish but never got around to making it. Instead it's a main ingredient for my oil cleansing mix.
In addition to not having that soul food cook look, I noticed the benefits of having strong nails and longer eyelashes. There's a wide variety of oils to use and varies from person to person. Find what works for you so you can enjoy the benefits of being naturally beautiful.
I love natural oils and I am more familiar with almond and EVOO I will try the ones you suggested just out of curiosity! Thanks for sharing!
