Eye Health

Many of us spend alot of time staring at the computer or handheld devices. All that staring can cause eye strain from headaches to fatigue. There are several ways to avoid these symptoms. Of course, eating healthy plays a role in eye health. But, we also need to give our eyes a break from the computer. I'm going to start following the 20/20/20 rule. It's where you take a break every 20 minutes, then look at an object for 20 seconds, looking 20 feet away. Blink, Blink, Blink. OK, back to surfing the net like it's nobody's business. :)


  1. In a way, this 20/20/20 rule makes sense. Eye fatigue is a real concern for people who spend long hours working in front of a computer. All it takes is a few seconds every 20 minutes, and you are again all set to continue your work.
