Greening Your Workout



Looking to greenify (is that even a word) your workout? I've got a few tips to help save some greens while working out:

Get a library card: Great for checking out workout DVD's instead of buying them. When you're done return it for your next workout adventure.

Clearance Racks/Thirft Stores: There's no shame in my game I've shopped at thrift stores looking for workout clothes (just won't buy underwear) and wherever else I can find deals.

 Reusable water bottle: It's better than having to buy water bottles over and over and over again. I would fill mines up with water, put in the freezer, then next day take it with me while working out.

Walking: Take a walk outside and smell the fresh air. It's FREE! Most exercise equipments use a ton of electricity. With walking no electricity is needed. It's also one of the best ways to flatten your tummy.

  1. Don't feel bad, I go to goodwill stores and outlets too. But also, I used Britta water filter in the past and it really does wonders. Just change out the filter every 6 months
