My eyes have been twitching really bad lately. I thought something was wrong with my nerves or worst my brain. At first I just ignored it thinking it would go away. NOT!!! Instead it got really annoying.

So I had to listen to what my body was trying to tell me. I went on La La land to try and see what was causing this. There was a list of causes and two of them hit the nail on the head. I was like are you kidding me, but I'm so glad it wasn't as bad as I thought.

- Too much caffeine I was drinking green tea on a daily basis.

- Lack of sleep I was up before my alarm clock.

I also read that Botox can help get rid of the twitching. Hummp... I'll just reduce my tea drinking and get a new mattress. 'Cuz ain't no needle going near my face.

  1. Eye twitching can also be a sign of Vitamin B or mineral depletion. muscles need calcium and magnesium to contract and relax. Imbalances in these nutrients can cause cramps, twitches and restless legs, especially at night. B complex is useful in supporting the nervous system, and since this is a water-soluble vitamin, stress or lack of sleep (or caffeine) can deplete this vitamin as well
