Like most people I dread exercising. I hear it's the key to happiness. Yada Yada Yada. So, if I want to look cute I better "Git up offa that thang" in my James Brown voice. Like everything else I keep my workout regimens simple. Walking and Yoga are my staples. Oh yeah, and some of the other stuff too. Walking is one of the easiest and inexpensive forms of exercise. Yoga helps reduce stress, helps me breathe better, and eases my back pains.  I've never been to a gym. I already knew there's no guarantee I was going to be there all the time. So why kid myself with that. Living near a park or where there was access to free gym equipment is what got me motivated. That put a smile on my face. Hey, I guess that's happiness right there.
