For as long as I can remember, this veggie has always gotten a bad rap. I decided to make this recipe after seeing some of the ingredients listed. This was my first and last time trying it. My verdict, It will continue getting a bad rap. Sorry brussel sprouts, the tribe has spoken.
You need to hang with broccoli and spinach to get some cool points. I was pulling for you, no matter how much brown sugar I used you were a no-go. But you looked good though.

Steam brussel sprouts over boiling water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Heat oil and garlic over medium heat, Be careful not to burn. Add brussel sprouts, lemon juice, pepper flakes, and salt.
