Alright, here we go again. Too much protein can make you gain fat not muscle.What's too much??? I had no idea there were side effects to something that's suppose to be part of a healthy diet. Is there some conspiracy going on. So, I did some research on portion control. I found out that chicken/beef should be the size of a deck of cards. C'mon, I'm trying to make an effort to control my portions. But, how about two decks of cards. LOL. Here's a neat slideshow to show the right amount needed.
