Green Resolutions

And their off!!! Get out of my way people I'm trying to get my workout on. You know what that means it's New Year's Resolutions time. C'mon show some excitement why don't you. The parks and gyms are crowded with resolutioners committing to stay fit. Not only that but staying out of debt, quit smoking, and whatever goals for self-improvement.

Companies bombarding us with the next "IT" product promising to make life easier. By mid January most of our goals gets pushed to the side. Nothing is accomplished without acting on it. So easy to say but not easy to do. Here's how I plan to act. Wish me luck!

- Eat less meat: I haven't given up meat completely but I'm bad when it comes to adding fruits and veggies into my diet. I'm trying though.

-Taking vitamins/supplements: I remember those nasty fish oils when I was younger. I'm hoping to find something that taste good.

-Hair Regimen: I don't care too much about length but back in the day that's all she wrote. I have a regimen it's just that I'm using too many products at one time. Gotta end this PJ'ism.

-Bath Products: I want to make the switch to using all natural ingredients.

-Reading products/food labels: It's hard trying to figure out these scientific ingredients but I'm not going to overwhelm myself.

-Green Events: I plan on continuing this eco-friendly journey through research, keeping it simple, and having a positive attitude.

-Meditate: Walking is one of my favorite ways to meditate but I want to take it up a notch by running. Maybe do a marathon one day. Keyword "maybe". Yoga is also a great way to meditate but those stretches ain't no joke.

-Blog Features: I love hearing from others and how they are being eco-friendly. I just want to say thanks to all the lovely ladies who were featured. Many more to come.

Oh yeah.....

This is my motivation pic for a yummy tummy. I asked her what her secret was and she yelled CUPCAKES!!! I'm on it.
